The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations for the Courtyard Memphis Downtown, including The Bistro, bar operations, catering, and banquet functions. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, managing labor and food costs, ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards, and leading a food and beverage team. The position also supports banquet operations serving the Court Square hotel complex and works closely with Sales, Catering, and hotel leadership to ensure successful execution of all events.
