The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply to the Sous Chef opening within the University's Dining Services Department. This is a full-time, 12-month position with a pay rate of $23 to $25.00 per hour. The role involves working directly for the university, not a third-party food service company. The Sous Chef will be a member of the culinary management team, actively participating in food production in the Main Kitchen. This role supports the Production Chef (PC) by overseeing and training culinary and student staff in food preparation, recipe adherence, plating, presentation, and food safety guidelines. The position is located on the St. Paul campus in a cafeteria-style dining hall.
