About The Position

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team. This could be for a number of restaurants, depending on candidate's experience and interest. The ideal candidate is a committed leader who is highly organized and hard-working. They have a proven track record of improving kitchen operations and developing staff members. They will work directly with the Executive Chef to train line staff, oversee service, and meet all food and labor budgets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a leadership position of a high volume kitchen
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Understanding of P&L statements, and ability to budget for BOH purchases and labor
  • Ability to identify and develop talent within the team
  • Passion for excellence and superior service standards
  • A positive attitude with a teamplayer attitude
  • Must be able to bend, stand, and move for entire shift
