TOPPER’S at The Wauwinet, part of White Elephant Resorts and a member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux collection, is seeking a full-time, year-round Sous Chef. Located on Nantucket’s northeastern shore, The Wauwinet is a highly acclaimed luxury hotel known for its refined New England cuisine and stunning waterfront setting. TOPPER’S is recognized for its award-winning dining experience and commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong fine-dining experience and the ability to excel in a high-caliber, high-volume Relais & Châteaux environment. This is a year-round position for benefits purposes, with active work from March 1st to December 31st.
