The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Sous Chef to join their team. This position will assist and supervise daily kitchen operations across all outlets, with a primary focus on the Clubhouse kitchen. The Sous Chef will be responsible for training the team and coaching all culinary staff to ensure food preparation, execution, and presentation meet Club standards. In the absence of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, the Restaurant Sous Chef will be in charge of all kitchen staff operations.
