About The Position

Crusoe is looking for a Sourcing Specialist responsible for building, owning, and executing sourcing strategies for corporate services (IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, Travel). You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from strategy and market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management. As a key business partner to corporate leaders, you will deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
  • Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
  • Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
  • Deep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories
  • MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM)

  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
