About The Position

The Data Center Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization. This role partners closely with technical hiring teams to develop and execute candidate generation strategies that support high-volume, high-impact hiring needs.

Requirements

  • High volume Recruiting experience; phone/email/text
  • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience; will be supporting Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, and Engineering Techs
  • 1+ years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience
  • Targeted sourcing capability utilizing a combination of tech-focused tools and resources
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches for delivering candidates
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Communicate sourcing plans, progress, and insights to recruiting leaders through clear verbal and written updates supported by data and timelines.
  • Manage candidates through the interview process efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.
  • Follow established guidelines and procedures while working under general supervision and collaborating closely with recruiting leadership.
