About The Position

This role focuses on executive-level sourcing and recruiting for director and executive positions across a nationwide network. The Executive Sourcer identifies and engages passive candidates, conducts qualification calls, and prepares candidates throughout the hiring process, while partnering closely with on-site recruiters. This position is fully onsite in Nashville and supports the workplace health and safety team.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on executive sourcing.
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting director and executive-level candidates.
  • Strong executive sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting and sourcing activities.
  • Hands-on experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end sourcing processes, from research through candidate qualification and preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting candidate qualification calls and providing candidate prep.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiting partners and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting talent acquisition for workplace health and safety or similar specialized teams is a plus.
  • Background in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple searches and priorities.
  • Ability to adapt sourcing strategies to different markets and executive profiles.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented recruiting function.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract director and executive-level candidates across the United States, with a strong focus on passive candidate outreach.
  • Conduct targeted research and executive sourcing to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for leadership roles.
  • Perform candidate qualification calls to assess experience, skills, cultural fit, and interest in open roles.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on role expectations, process steps, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site recruiters in Nashville to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs and timelines.
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load with a goal of supporting approximately 3–4 hires per month.
  • Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools to track candidates, maintain accurate records, and report on sourcing activity.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts specifically for the workplace health and safety team, understanding the unique requirements of these roles.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market feedback and hiring outcomes.
