The Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in advancing the firm’s procurement strategy by leading strategic sourcing initiatives across IT hardware, software, and professional services categories. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Legal, and cross‑functional teams to analyze spend, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and execute RFX and contracting processes that deliver measurable value. The Sourcing Manager ensures consistent application of procurement policies, supports implementation of sourcing tools and processes, and drives vendor performance through effective contract and relationship management. Success in this role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering hard savings, cost avoidance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, indirect procurement, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Proven experience in contract management, RFP/RFX processes, proposal analysis, and contract compliance
• Solid understanding of strategic sourcing principles, vendor terms and conditions, and scope of work
• Proven analytical and project management skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Experience with automated source‑to‑pay (S2P) and eProcurement systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement organization by developing, implementing, and ensuring consistent application of procurement strategies, policies, and agreements aligned with firm objectives
• Execute end‑to‑end strategic sourcing activities across IT hardware, software, and professional services, including tactical and strategic sourcing agreements
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze spend data, identify sourcing opportunities, and lead cross‑functional teams through RFX development and completion
• Perform spend, vendor, and RFP analytics to identify, deliver, and track hard savings, cost avoidance, and value creation
• Support vendor negotiations and contracting in collaboration with Legal; assist with vendor management, contract issues, and performance escalation as needed
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost‑reduction opportunities and supplier performance enhancements
