About The Position

As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead sourcing and procurement initiatives that drive value, optimize supplier performance, and support organizational objectives. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop sourcing strategies, manage competitive bid events, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier relationships. This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and people management, requiring strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and experience leading procurement professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, or supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives, competitive bid events, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting spend analysis, market research, supplier assessments, and sourcing evaluations.
  • Experience managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving results across multiple business functions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPM, or equivalent procurement and supply chain credentials.
  • Experience with procurement, contract lifecycle management, sourcing, or spend analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and strategic sourcing programs within a large, complex, or global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities, including category strategies, competitive bid events, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities, gather requirements, conduct spend and market analysis, and develop strategies that maximize supplier value.
  • Oversee supplier contracting and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
  • Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and leadership while driving continuous improvement across sourcing processes.
