About The Position

Sourcing Manager Purpose: Empower our field team by sourcing wisely, packing effectively, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Responsibilities: Provide the right material, in the right quantity, at the right cost, at the right time. Work closely with Warehouse team, Project Management, Suppliers and Field Staff to ensure timely delivery of materials to properly support operations. Work with Estimating & PM teams to help specify job specific material. Control material costs and overages/shortages for projects. Engage with suppliers to anticipate any material issues in advance. Negotiate pricing & availability of project specific material with suppliers in coordination with Warehouse Director.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills/professionalism
• Strong Computer competency (MS Office, Excel, email, etc. )
• Ability to learn new computer skills
• Friendly demeanor
• Ability to make common sense decisions
• Ability to work independently within the scope of the position
• Customer service oriented
• Willing to serve others

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse material purchasing experience preferred
