About The Position

Empower our field team by sourcing wisely, packing effectively, and ensuring on-time deliveries. This role involves providing the right material, in the right quantity, at the right cost, at the right time. The Sourcing Manager will work closely with the Warehouse team, Project Management, Suppliers, and Field Staff to ensure timely delivery of materials to support operations. They will also collaborate with Estimating & PM teams to specify job-specific materials, control material costs and manage overages/shortages for projects, and engage with suppliers to anticipate and address any material issues in advance. Additionally, the role includes negotiating pricing and availability of project-specific materials with suppliers in coordination with the Warehouse Director.

Requirements

Warehouse material purchasing experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills/professionalism
Strong Computer competency (MS Office, Excel, email, etc. )
Ability to learn new computer skills
Friendly demeanor
Ability to make common sense decisions
Ability to work independently within the scope of the position
Customer service oriented
Willing to serve others

Responsibilities
