About The Position

The Sourcing Manager – Facilities Management is responsible for leading and executing strategic sourcing activities across Keurig Dr Pepper’s Facilities Management categories. This position will partner closely with business stakeholders to develop and implement category strategies, drive cost optimization and value creation, improve supplier performance, and mitigate supply and operational risk. This role resides in our Frisco, TX office and reports to the Sr. Manager, Sourcing – Real Estate & Facilities Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance or related field required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience with a demonstrated record of achievement.
Experience with Facilities Management, Real Estate or other complex indirect service categories preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading competitive sourcing events, negotiations and supplier contracting.
Strong analytical, financial modeling and total cost of ownership capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/Ariba and PowerBI experience preferred.
Willingness to travel as required (25%)
Strategic Sourcing: Develops and executes sourcing strategies, drives continuous improvement and applies market intelligence to deliver business value.
Negotiations: Leads cross-functional negotiations utilizing market benchmarks, cost models and contractual levers to achieve business objectives.
Total Cost of Ownership: Uses financial and cost modeling to identify value opportunities and support fact-based sourcing decisions.
Project Management: Manages complex cross-functional sourcing initiatives from strategy through implementation.
Stakeholder Management: Builds strong relationships across the organization and effectively influences business partners and decision-makers

Responsibilities

Manage a high spend across the facilities management category
Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies across assigned Real Estate and Facilities Management categories.
Partner with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies that support short and long-term business objectives.
Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations and negotiations with specific targets for cost, service, quality and performance.
Conduct spend, market and supplier analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance and continuous improvement.
Develop financial models and total cost of ownership analysis to support sourcing recommendations and business decisions.
Partner with Legal to negotiate and execute optimal contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and support supplier performance management through appropriate KPIs, SLAs and governance.
Proactively identify and implement new opportunities for value creation, supplier innovation and risk mitigation.
Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.
Maintain compliance with procurement policies, financial controls and SOX reporting requirements.
Report sourcing progress, savings and value creation results to business stakeholders, Finance and Procurement leadership.
