Requirements

  • Ability to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Navigates uncertainty with confidence, adjusting strategies and evaluation criteria to align with evolving team goals and candidate profiles.
  • Skilled at turning nuanced observations into actionable insights that inform hiring decisions.
  • Builds trust across teams through clear communication and a shared commitment to thoughtful, high-impact hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidate interviews and travel to deliver a world-class candidate experience and frictionless interviewer experience.
  • Engage with candidates and assess their potential through thoughtful conversations, contextual analysis, and nuanced judgment, not just resume review.
  • Turn observations into ideas. Share candidate insights that help hiring managers assess fit and long-term impact.
  • Reflect on hiring outcomes and share feedback that helps us refine how we assess and engage talent.
