About The Position
Qorvo's Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full-time opportunities, as available. The selected intern will be working on projects related to category management of a global supply chain. There will be cross-functional team engagement with Supplier Quality, IT, Engineering, Procurement, and the Business Units.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Visio, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with articulate written and verbal communications
- Initiative, drive, and internal motivation for success with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude, eager and able to learn new skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strategic vision, critical thinking, problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Analyze processes and documents for opportunities for improvement
- Standardize and automate workflows, create work instructions to document learnings
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to articulate a clear and concise interpretation
- Interact with project teams to submit timely deliverables and expand network of working relationships
- Evaluate, document, and mitigate category risk
- Basic supplier interactions
