About The Position

The selected intern will work on projects related to category management within a global supply chain, engaging with cross-functional teams including Supplier Quality, IT, Engineering, Procurement, and Business Units. The internship program is intended for college students enrolled in an accredited bachelor's, master's, or PhD program and provides real work experience, exposure to upper management, mentoring and coaching, learning opportunities, networking events, and a final presentation to business leaders. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The stated hourly pay range is $25–$34, subject to change based on physical location and candidate qualifications.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's, master's, or PhD program.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Visio.
Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate written and verbal communication.
Initiative, drive, and internal motivation to succeed with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, eagerness and ability to learn new skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Strategic vision, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

Analyze processes and documents to identify opportunities for improvement.
Standardize and automate workflows and create work instructions to document learnings.
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data and communicate clear, concise interpretations.
Work with project teams to submit timely deliverables and build working relationships.
Evaluate, document, and mitigate category risk.
Conduct basic supplier interactions.
