About The Position

As a Sourcer, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of candidates across a range of Design roles. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and generate high-quality candidate pipelines across design domains. You will play a key role in early-stage candidate engagement while helping improve sourcing approaches and workflows over time. This role supports both immediate hiring needs and long-term pipeline development across Design teams.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on Design related roles
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research, outreach, and sourcing tools
• Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into sourcing strategies
• Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines while maintaining accurate tracking
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for roles across Design teams through research, outreach, and market mapping
• Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and prioritize pipeline development efforts
• Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and other sourcing platforms
• Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve candidate engagement and response rates
• Experiment with and integrate AI-powered tools and research platforms to elevate sourcing efficiency and talent discovery
