About The Position

As a Source-to-Pay Technology Consultant (Coupa, ZIP, GEP) Senior Manager, you will focus on optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Operations practice, you will provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm. In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives and acting on feedback.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience

At least one of the following: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
Leveraging skills in complex procurement and contract negotiation
Utilizing Coupa, ZIP, and GEP software for procurement processes
Demonstrating proficiency in supplier relationship management (SRM)
Applying systems thinking to identify procurement opportunities
Excelling in strategic sourcing and supply chain analysis

Responsibilities

Leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives to optimize cost savings and supplier collaboration
Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and drive business performance
Implementing digital procurement solutions and strategic sourcing frameworks to improve procurement efficiency
Managing supplier relationships and conducting supplier evaluations to strengthen supply chain resilience
Utilizing Coupa, GEP, and SAP Ariba software to streamline procurement processes and contract management
Directing teams through complex procurement challenges, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within sourcing strategies
Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that align with client objectives and business goals
Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine procurement strategies
Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams and drive results
