About The Position

RTX has an opening for a SAP Principle Source to Pay Systems Expert to join our RTX Enterprise Services team. The role involves influencing others through explanation of facts, policies, and practices, working towards day-to-day objectives with moderate impact, and operating autonomously with limited supervision on larger, moderately complex projects. The candidate will design, unit test, and implement Source to Pay applications using the Scaled Agile Framework, communicate with internal and external parties, explain policies and procedures, and possess a strong customer service approach. Responsibilities also include making minor changes or enhancements to systems and processes to solve problems and improve effectiveness.

Requirements

BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience with SAP development standards and methodology with experience maintaining documentation and supporting the change control process
Experience conducting design reviews with peers and working application upgrades and defects
Experience with developing test plans for new or modified programs and testing, designing, implementing, and documenting fixes
Experience with issue resolution and root cause analysis
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
