The SOS Operations Coordinator is responsible for leading and maintaining uninterrupted flow through the SOS manufacturing process starting with quotation and procurement through final production completion and delivery coordination. This role provides operational leadership across estimating, procurement, planning, programming, tooling, production, quality, and materials functions to ensure priority work progresses efficiently through the organization with minimal interruption or delay. The position is responsible for coordinating manufacturing readiness, resolving operational constraints, supporting customer and program priorities, and maintaining real-time production visibility through ERP/MRP systems. The SOS Operations Coordinator also oversees account management activities related to Dash 8 aftermarket and internal program support to ensure alignment between customer requirements, operational priorities, and manufacturing execution.
