About The Position

The sorter produces quality merchandise and soft goods for pricing. The role involves sorting donated textiles and other soft goods, assisting donors, and interacting professionally with customers, donors, and co-workers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Punctuality and dependable attendance.
With reasonable accommodation, ability to respond to telephones, written correspondence, and other auditory and visual stimulation.
Ability to remain calm under stress and have the emotional and physical stamina to deal with a variety of stressful situations.

Responsibilities

Unload and sort textiles, shoes, purses, belts, and other soft goods.
Assist donors as they arrive.
Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a friendly, cooperative attitude toward customers, donors, and co-workers.
