About The Position

As a Sony Home Theater Expert, you will promote, demonstrate, and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the Sony brand. You will explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand the unique value of each product. You will also share Sony product knowledge with coworkers and help ensure the team is prepared to assist customers with the brand.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new home theater technology.
• Provide feedback to vendor partners and market teams regarding performance, promotions, and sales best practices.
• Keep the department organized and ready to accommodate customers throughout the day.
