About The Position

As a Sony Home Theater Expert, you’ll promote, demonstrate, and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the Sony brand. You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand each product’s unique value. You’ll also work with other employees to share your Sony product knowledge and help prepare the team to assist customers with the brand.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new home theater technology.
• Provide feedback to vendor partners and market teams regarding performance, promotions, and sales best practices.
• Keep the department organized and ready to accommodate customers throughout the day.
• Educate other team members about LG home theater products.
