About The Position

As a Sony Home Theater Expert, you’ll promote, demonstrate and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the Sony brand. You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand each product’s unique value. You’ll also share Sony product knowledge with coworkers and help prepare the team to assist customers with the brand.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new home theater technology.
• Provide feedback to vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales best practices.
• Keep the department organized and ready to accommodate customers throughout the day.
• Educate other team members about LG home theater products.
• Promote, demonstrate and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the Sony brand.
• Explain complex technology in simple terms to help customers understand product value.
• Share product knowledge with coworkers and help ensure the team is ready to assist customers with the brand.
