About The Position

As a Sony Home Theater Expert, you’ll promote, demonstrate, and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the Sony brand. You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand each product’s unique value. You’ll also share your Sony product knowledge with coworkers and help ensure the team is ready to assist customers.

The role includes maintaining current knowledge of home theater technology, providing feedback to vendor partners and market teams, keeping the department organized and customer-ready, and educating team members about LG home theater products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.
