Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Cardiographic Tech specializing in Vascular Interpretation credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Vascular Sonography (ARRT-VS) also accepted.
• Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted.
• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical certificate/degree required.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of ultrasound technologist experience in hospital and outpatient clinic settings preferred
• Experience in Adult renal sonography
• Hands-on pediatric imaging experience
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic medical ultrasound exams to provide high-quality images for clinical interpretation and effective direct patient care.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to assist in complex imaging procedures and specialized pediatric patient care interventions.
• Maintain clinical documentation and high-quality image submission within the PACS and EHR systems to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Execute rigorous quality improvement and safety standards by monitoring equipment performance and maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies.
