Responsibilities

Curate and manage the restaurant’s wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
Share expertise with guests and service staff.
Merge passion for wine with understanding of fine dining to create wine-pairings.
Conduct wine tastings and staff training sessions to enhance wine knowledge and service standards.
Partner with the Executive Chef on daily menu changes.
