About The Position

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Somali Outreach Clinical Supervisor (LSW/LPC) to join our Somali Outreach department. The Somali Outreach Clinical Supervisor directs the clinical and programmatic supervision of Mental Health Specialists, Social Workers, and Counselors in the Somali Outreach Program with primary responsibility for ensuring family centered, quality services, positive treatment outcomes, and outreach in the community. Works in collaboration with school and community partners to provide outreach and reduce barriers in linkage to resources. Requirements

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
At least two years of mental health experience as a Social Worker, Counselor, Clinician, or Therapist.
Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Preferably speak a Somali Dialect and have experience working with this population.
