The Systems Engineer will focus on server infrastructure and cloud‑based solutions and is expected to deliver a high standard of customer service while continuously expanding technical expertise in cloud technologies, virtualization, and enterprise networking. You will support a broad range of environments, including Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365, Duo security administration, email security solutions, and business continuity and disaster recovery platforms. You will manage solutions end to end and engage directly with clients to assess, design, implement, and support the critical IT infrastructure that underpins their business operations. You will take ownership of complex technical issues—researching, diagnosing, and resolving challenges across server, cloud, and networked environments—while acting as a sr. escalation point for Service Desk tickets, requests, and client inquiries.
