About The Position

Great Hill Solutions, LLC, part of the Seneca Nation Group (SNG), is seeking a Sr. System Engineer in Arlington, VA. This role will support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering, working with leaders on technology development, strategy, and testing. SNG is Seneca Holdings' federal government contracting business, focused on meeting mission-critical needs of federal civilian, defense, and intelligence community customers through its subsidiaries participating in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. Requirements

  • TS/SCI (SAP eligible) security clearance
  • Ten (10) years’ experience as Chief Systems Engineer (CSE) or Deputy for a major technology program valued at over $100M
  • Eight (8) years’ of leadership experience on classified programs at SCI or higher
  • Eight (8) years’ experience in military tactics and technical methods
  • Five (5) years’ experience overseeing technical requirements and assessments for new and emerging capabilities
  • Five (5) years’ experience executing activities in support of the DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle process
  • Five (5) years’ experience using Agile Development processes
  • Five (5) years’ experience establishing and managing a formal risk management process for a technology development program
  • Master’s degree from accredited college or university in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline that is related to PNT and/or C5ISRT

Nice To Haves

  • Military or DoW experience
  • Eight (8) years’ experience with C5ISRT and C-C5ISRT systems that integrate and analyze data from multiple sources and countering these systems

Responsibilities
