About The Position

Yoodli is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, focusing on helping customers maximize their use of the Yoodli platform. The ideal candidate will excel in technical pre-sales discussions, conduct architecture reviews, and develop customized solutions that highlight the platform's value. Responsibilities also include supporting customers with onboarding and integrations, handling RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets. The role requires a strong customer focus, a willingness to take on diverse tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Solutions Engineer will act as a user advocate, translating customer needs into product insights and developing processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
  • 1+ years of selling into Mid Market or Enterprise level accounts
  • Comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working directly with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and product/engineering teams
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch
  • Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication
