Yoodli is pioneering a new category called Experiential Learning, leveraging AI-powered conversational roleplays for effective learning. The platform makes learning interactive, personalized, and current, focusing on dialogue, questions, and iteration over static content. It aims to make learning enjoyable, build confidence, and enable organizations to measure training ROI. The company has secured $40M in Series B funding, plans to double its team in 2026, and is headquartered in Seattle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment.
  • 1+ years of selling into Mid Market or Enterprise level accounts.
  • Comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and product/engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and build from scratch.
  • Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication.

Responsibilities

  • Sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, helping customers maximize the value of Yoodli.
  • Engage in technical pre-sales conversations.
  • Guide architecture reviews.
  • Craft tailored solutions that demonstrate the platform's value.
  • Support customers through onboarding and integrations.
  • Handle RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets.
  • Act as a trusted advocate for users, translating real-world needs into product insights.
  • Build scalable processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
