About The Position

Yoodli is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, focusing on helping customers maximize their use of the Yoodli platform. The Solutions Engineer will engage in technical pre-sales discussions, conduct architecture reviews, and develop customized solutions to demonstrate the platform's value. Responsibilities also include supporting customer onboarding and integrations, handling RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets. The role requires a strong customer focus, adaptability to wear multiple hats, and a commitment to becoming a trusted user advocate, translating user needs into product insights and improving customer experience processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
  • 1+ years of selling into Enterprise level accounts
  • Strong technical acumen—comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch
  • Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication
