Responsible for maintaining technical alignment and clarity, the Solutions Engineer serves as a reliable partner for both technical and business stakeholders. Their role is to ensure all software design choices are firmly rooted in platform capabilities and practical operational requirements. Working alongside Account Executives, Account Managers, and internal departments, you are tasked with: Translating customer obstacles into technical requirements Assessing the feasibility and fit of proposed solutions Advising customers on optimal architectural paths and usage strategies
