We now serve over 2,500 paying customers and have more than tripled our revenue every year in our history. We're primarily hiring in our SF and NY offices, but do hire remotely in some cases. About the role We're looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to be the technical backbone of our sales cycle. You'll own technical discovery, demos, scoping, and integration guidance — removing technical and data surprises before a deal closes so that onboarding is smooth and customers realize value fast. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives on our most complex and highest-value deals: mapping where a customer's data lives, how it flows into Numeral, and how stores, APIs, and data entities need to be configured so tax and nexus work correctly. You'll be equally comfortable in a technical discovery call with a developer and in a value conversation with a finance leader. As one of the founding members of the SE team, you'll also help build the playbooks, demo environments, and processes that let the function scale — and you'll have an outsized voice in shaping the product through the feedback you bring back from the field.
