About the position

Superblocks is a platform for building enterprise-grade internal tools. They are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to work closely with the CEO, CTO, Engineering team, and customers to gather requirements, identify tool trends, build applications using Superblocks, and review and write API specifications. The ideal candidate is technical with experience in Javascript, Python, and Typescript, comfortable with REST APIs and Authentication (OAuth), a strong presenter, and passionate about staying up to date with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

Work closely with our CEO, CTO, Engineering team, and customers to gather requirements
Identify tool trends across multiple domains to advise customers on what they can build to hasten processes for specific organizations (HR, Sales, Support, Operations) and help customers build their applications
Build applications using Superblocks and build video demos for marketing
Review and write API specifications for internal and external stakeholders
Use internal tools to build products you need to be effective
Write and run scripts to retrieve or modify data
Attend customer meetings to better understand our users’ needs

Requirements
