About The Position

Nory is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their growing Sales team as the first Solutions Consulting hire in the US. This role offers the opportunity to build the US Solutions Consulting function from the ground up, providing technical and commercial credibility for complex deals. Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system that uses real-time data and AI predictive analytics to help operators control margins, improve consistency, and increase profit. The company has recently secured Series B funding and is expanding into the US market.

Requirements

  • Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering experience in restaurant technology, ideally with a complex, multi-product hospitality platform.
  • Technical proficiency in mapping and discussing POS, payroll, and inventory data flows.
  • Sharp commercial instinct and the ability to build trust with prospects.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter mentality, as the function is being built from scratch.
  • Based in the United States, ideally on the East Coast.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to meet with customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct multi-unit hospitality operator experience.
  • Experience building reusable assets like playbooks, prototypes, or demo environments.
  • Data or analytics literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Own solution validation on strategic, mid-market, and enterprise opportunities in the US, partnering with Sales.
  • Run discovery sessions and map how Nory integrates with a prospect's existing systems (POS, payroll, inventory).
  • Build deep domain credibility by speaking fluently about restaurant operations (labor, food cost, waste).
  • Conduct engaging demos that leverage personal operator experience rather than scripts.
  • Develop scalable assets for the Solutions Consulting function, such as playbooks, demo environments, and competitive battlecards.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to surface product gaps and ensure smooth customer handoffs.
  • Shape the direction and processes of the US Solutions Consulting function as the first hire in this role.
