The Solutions Consultant will partner with new and existing clients and internal teams to identify, shape, and deliver technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role combines consultative selling, technical alignment, and strategic advisory to ensure clients adopt the right tools effectively and to position the organization for support and scalability. The role involves owning solution strategy, collaborating cross-functionally, acting as a trusted advisor, leading consultative conversations, driving revenue growth, supporting complex client opportunities, creating documentation, building repeatable frameworks, and identifying market trends and emerging technologies. The Solutions Consultant must ensure solutions are effective, sustainable, and supportable within Managed Services, and operate effectively in an evolving environment, contributing to processes, standards, and best practices.
