Requirements

  • A passion for clear and effective communication. You can build trust and rapport with customers through various channels (email, phone, video, or in-person), establishing yourself as a knowledgeable and reliable partner.
  • Experience in a technical sales or support role. You enjoy guiding customers through product demonstrations, clarifying technical concepts, and supporting a collaborative sales process with multiple stakeholders.
  • A foundation in (or a strong curiosity to learn about) modern SaaS solutions. This could include areas like collaboration, UCaaS, identity/security, telecom management, hardware, and networking concepts. We value continuous learning and will support your growth.
  • Effective written communication and a commitment to accuracy. You'll use these skills to help develop clear responses for proposals (RFP/RFI), create reusable documentation, and share knowledge across the team.
  • A collaborative and proactive spirit. You are someone who enjoys documenting what you learn, helping your teammates succeed, and staying informed about new technologies and industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Account Managers and new-business sellers to shape technical sales strategies and support the team in achieving quota goals across GoTo’s Work-from-Anywhere portfolio
  • Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, including delivering demos and handling technical discovery and Q&A
  • Present customer-facing value narratives using structured demo and messaging approaches (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell), tailoring demonstrations to customer use cases to improve win rates
  • Support the completion of RFP/RFI responses by contributing accurate, up-to-date content and helping maintain a strong response library/system
  • Document and share best practices, demo strategies, and custom configurations with the Solutions Consulting team, while tracking activities and maintaining strong CRM hygiene (e.g., SFDC)
