This Solutions Consultant role is within the Noggin Pre-Sales team, which specializes in integrated resilience management technology, offering a cloud-based platform for operational resilience, physical security incident management, business continuity, crisis incident management, emergency management, and safety operations. The Pre-Sales team acts as a link between an organization's business objectives and the technological implementation of solutions, working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success, and assisting with implementations as needed. The core purpose of the Solutions Consultant is to understand a customer's specific business and technical needs, then translate, architect, and articulate these into a viable, compelling, and clear blueprint for a technological solution. This involves a deep understanding of business processes, workflows, and pain points to define the 'what' and 'why' of a solution, ensuring it is not just technically sound but also functionally robust and user-centric.
