About The Position

The Solution Consultant is responsible for providing support to sales and business development teams in closing sales opportunities. The scope of this job includes conducting discovery meetings, delivering technical demonstrations, crafting statements of work, and contributing to formal proposals. This job will play a pivotal role in showcasing WellSky's solutions to potential clients. This position is for the WellSky Home team and will be the expert with Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to sales and business development teams in closing sales opportunities

  • Showcase solutions to potential clients
  • Be the expert with WellSky's Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care solutions
  • Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions with existing clients and new prospects
  • Administer technical demonstrations by highlighting key features and benefits of offerings in an engaging and persuasive manner with the ultimate goal of driving sales and generating revenue
  • Explain in detail how various features and functions of solutions can meet the specific needs of prospective clients
  • Consult with prospective clients in making informed purchasing decisions by providing solution recommendations and addressing concerns effectively
  • Attend relevant user conferences and provide support for sales team members
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
