This Registered Nurse position with CHI Home Health and Hospice offers a fulfilling and inspiring opportunity to provide compassionate, personalized care directly in patients' homes. The role focuses on caring for patients recovering from injuries, living with chronic illnesses, and other medical needs. The registered nurse plans, organizes, and directs home health and hospice services, leveraging experience in nursing with an emphasis on community health education. This professional builds upon community resources to plan and direct services for individuals and families in their homes. Unlike a controlled clinic or hospital environment, Home Health involves a daily changing environment from home to home, offering a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, which is ideal for nurses who enjoy connecting with people in their local towns.

Requirements

Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
Maintains a current CPR certification
Current valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Minimum of two years experience, at least one of which is in the area of public health or home health nursing
