About The Position

Comply365 is building its Solutions function and is consolidating its Operational Content Management portfolio onto one platform with an arriving AI layer. This role involves engaging with customers, particularly Directors of Technical Publications, to explain how their content estates will be managed through this transition, including the order of operations and unresolved issues. The position is hybrid, based in Irving, TX, requiring three days per week in the office.

Requirements

• Deep, current knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation (flight operations, technical operations/engineering, or MRO), gained from experience as an operator, MRO, regulator, or vendor.
• Hands-on experience with the controlled content lifecycle, including revision control, effective dates, controlled publication, distribution, and proof of receipt.
• Proven ability in customer-facing technical ownership for enterprise deals, encompassing discovery, demonstration, bounded proofs, and RFx responses.
• Willingness to communicate difficult truths (gaps, rejections, unworkable timelines) to both customers and internal teams.
• Comfortable with travel across the Americas, EMEA, Middle East, and APAC for pursuits.

Nice To Haves

• Practical experience with S1000D or ATA iSpec 2200.
• Experience migrating content estates between platforms.
• Experience in defense aviation or rail.
• Familiarity with Transport Canada or ANAC regulations alongside FAA.
• Experience mentoring technical peers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and articulate the capabilities of Comply365's products including ContentManager365, DocuNet, ProAuthor, AI Assistant, and CoAuthor, as well as platform-related questions concerning integrations, identity, tenancy, and security.
• Develop and maintain standards for discovery flow, question libraries, demonstration narratives, golden paths, proof-of-value entry gates, solution-mapping, and RFx answer content.
• Handle complex pursuits involving multiple products, regions, heavy migration, TechOps, MRO, defense aviation, and rail.
• Manage the demonstration environment, its data, and scenarios.
• Lead the conversation around consolidation and migration, which is a critical aspect of the portfolio.
• Identify and track gaps in the product offering, communicate them to customers, and incorporate them into roadmap discussions for Operational Content Management (OCM) and OCM AI.
