eClerx•Austin, TX
•$140,000 - $145,000

About The Position

The Solutions Configuration Analyst designs, configures, and validates enterprise product solutions and the SKU-level bills of materials (BOMs) behind them for end customers. The role begins by understanding each client’s environment—including procurement systems, product catalogs, CPQ/ERP stack, and technical standards—to ensure configurations are compatible, compliant, and orderable the first time. The analyst discovers client infrastructure, standards, approved vendors, deployment requirements, systems landscape, catalog and pricing structures, contract terms, and technical requirements. They translate these requirements into validated configurations, build multi-level BOMs and bundles, and configure and maintain solutions in CPQ and ERP tools. The role also includes pre-quote validation, managing configuration changes through the order lifecycle, documenting decisions, and collaborating with sales, solution architects, supply chain, and vendor/OEM teams. This is a six-month fixed-term employee position with possible extension and benefits, located in Austin, Texas. The target base salary in the United States is $140,000–$145,000. eClerx provides productized services combining people, technology, and domain expertise, including business process management, automation, and analytics services for enterprises.
