As a Solutions Architect at Bitrise, you will be the trusted technical voice for the company's largest customers, helping them navigate complex CI/CD issues and grow on the platform. You will act as a liaison between customers and Bitrise's Product and Engineering teams, providing valuable feedback from the field to shape the future product roadmap. This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful technical work, develop thought leadership in mobile DevOps, and influence the direction of the industry. You will be responsible for debugging intricate Mobile DevOps issues, acting as a technical escalation point, and serving as a thought leader in the marketplace through various channels like conferences, webinars, and blog posts. Additionally, you will assist Customer Success Managers with technical consultancy during enterprise customer onboarding, build strong relationships with customer technical champions, and drive successful business outcomes by educating, training, and aiding in the implementation of Bitrise solutions. Your efforts will also contribute to shaping and executing strategies that promote strong user adoption.
