Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Experience selling developer tools or infrastructure products to engineering audiences
  • Strong customer-facing communication and demo skills
  • Experience working with APIs, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure products
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs and modern AI infrastructure ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technical sales processes
  • Experience supporting both pre-sales and onboarding conversations
  • Comfortable explaining technical architecture to both engineers and business stakeholders
  • Experience operating in fast-moving startup environments
  • Strong organization and pipeline management ability
  • Comfortable handling multiple active opportunities simultaneously
  • Ability to operate autonomously without heavy structure or hand-holding
  • Technical fluency in Python, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or backend systems
  • Strong curiosity around AI infrastructure, LLM tooling, and developer ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Run technical demos and customer-facing sales calls alongside Account Executives
  • Serve as the primary technical expert during enterprise customer conversations
  • Explain complex AI infrastructure and architecture concepts clearly to engineering teams
  • Scope customer integrations and deployment architectures
  • Help enterprise customers evaluate and adopt LiteLLM in production environments
  • Support technical proof-of-concepts and production onboarding workflows
  • Manage ~50 active opportunities simultaneously across fast-moving sales cycles
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
  • Translate technical customer pain points into actionable product insights
  • Guide customers through LLM provider integrations and AI gateway deployments
  • Work directly with developers, infrastructure teams, platform engineers, and AI engineering teams
  • Help customers optimize routing, reliability, observability, and deployment architecture
  • Operate in a high-volume, high-ownership startup sales environment
  • Balance technical depth with strong commercial instincts
  • Become a trusted technical advisor for enterprise AI infrastructure deployments
