Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; and/or ten+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with insurance
  • Some local travel to and from clients is required
  • On-site client visits are an essential part of this role. As a result, we are only considering candidates who currently reside in the greater Seattle area or are willing to relocate before their start date.

  • Cloud Computing – Expertise with buildout, policies, administration, and troubleshooting with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and/or Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • OSX – Desktop, Server, troubleshooting
  • Virtualization – VMWare, Hyper-V, Proxmox, -Buildout, Deployment, Management, Troubleshooting
  • Exchange –On-Premis/Exchange Online - Design, Deployment, Administration, and Troubleshooting
  • Windows Server - Design, Deployment, Administration, and Troubleshooting
  • Project design experience, including WBS, risk management and best practices
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to standards and approved solutions established by ISOutsource Engineering Leadership.
  • Architect and design technical solutions for complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and modernization projects.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and project closeout.
  • Partner with the PMO, Consulting, Sales Engineering, and Project Engineering teams to develop technically sound project plans and implementation strategies.
  • Review project designs to ensure alignment with ISOutsource standards, best practices, and client objectives.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation resource for complex project implementations.
  • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies before and during project execution.
  • Perform technical quality assurance reviews on projects and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain engineering standards, implementation methodologies, templates, and reusable technical documentation.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings, technical planning sessions, post-project reviews, and root cause analysis activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices relevant to Professional Services.
  • Maintain punctuality and thorough communication in all internal and external customer engagements.
  • Maintain the required utilization target established for the role.
  • Participate in engineering on-call rotation as required.
  • Perform daily time entry for all activities.
