About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced networking Solutions Architect to support accelerated-computing networking solutions for AI/ML and HPC customers, including hyperscalers. As part of the Solutions Architecture team, this role develops end-to-end technology solutions for strategic customers using NVIDIA hardware and software, and provides technical insight and support to business and engineering teams in alignment with product strategy. The position involves customer engagement, solution development and demonstrations, technical troubleshooting, performance analysis, and collaboration with sales, developer relations, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, another engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience in performance, systems, or solutions.
• Expertise in dense data center design, including networking, compute, and storage.
• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid-cloud networking.
• Experience with the Ethernet L2–L7 networking protocol stack.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment and work with teams across geographic locations.
• Clear written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives and engineering teams.

Nice To Haves

• Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with Ethernet switch software solutions and production data center networks.
• Strong experience with RDMA/RoCE and smart NICs.
• Hands-on experience with GPU and networking systems, including performance testing, tuning, and benchmarking.
• Strong systems engineering, coding, and debugging skills.
• Experience with Python, Ansible, Go, C/C++, Bash, Linux, and Windows.
• Experience supporting deep learning, machine learning, or HPC networking infrastructure, and experience with networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate solutions for technology customers using NVIDIA software and hardware.
• Help customers debug issues, manage feature request processes, and coordinate co-engineering programs.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers and Developer Relations Managers to identify and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers building complex AI infrastructure and help explain solution performance characteristics.
• Work with customers to build proofs of concept addressing critical business needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical content to customers, including presentations and workshops.
• Analyze and develop solutions for customer performance issues involving AI workloads and system performance.
