About The Position

You will own and build Intact Technology’s federal presales function from the ground up. As the primary technical partner to our federal sales team, you will lead discovery conversations, deliver compelling demos, and translate customer mission challenges into tailored ServiceNow-based solutions. You will play a critical role in moving opportunities from early interest to signed contract. This is a ground-floor opportunity. You are not inheriting a process; you are defining how presales operates at Intact.

Requirements

  • Experience selling or supporting the sale of ServiceNow services or products
  • Demonstrated ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders in a federal environment
  • Strong understanding of the federal buying landscape and customer challenges
  • Ability to operate independently and build structure where none exists
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships within ServiceNow, the ServiceNow partner ecosystem, or federal agency IT leadership
  • Experience supporting federal procurement vehicles (e.g., SEWP, GSA, ITES)
  • Familiarity with federal IT priorities such as ITSM modernization, AI/ML adoption, zero trust, and digital transformation
  • Background in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery conversations with federal stakeholders to uncover mission needs and pain points
  • Design and deliver impactful demos and technical presentations tied to real outcomes
  • Translate Intact’s Pathfinder AI offerings into clear, compelling value for customers
  • Support proposal development and respond to technical capability inquiries
  • Build repeatable demo environments and reusable assets
  • Develop and maintain a presales response library
  • Help define and refine Intact’s presales playbook from first conversation through contract award
  • Serve as the technical voice in the room, building credibility with both technical and executive audiences
