About The Position

The Solutions Analyst will be responsible for developing custom Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows and automation. This role involves coordinating IAM solutions for password or secret management tools like CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault, and designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable applications and infrastructure focused on IAM solutions. The analyst will drive application onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of new applications, and implement and manage cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability and performance. Key responsibilities include identifying provisioning, role management, and entitlement management for on-premises and cloud infrastructure, utilizing ticketing systems, access management tools, and digital platforms to solve problems and improve processes. Additionally, the role requires implementing access controls and segregation of duties to support compliance and audit requirements, coordinating discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap, and providing ownership and maintenance of a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study.
  • 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Solutions Analyst, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Business Systems Analyst, Software Developer, Business Consultant, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
  • Experience with Data security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with Identity and Access management (IAM), including familiarity with MFA, SSO, Active Directory, and Standard API Protocols.
  • Experience utilizing cloud security and hybrid IAM implementations in Azure or AWS platform.
  • Experience creating documentation for access provisioning processes and procedures using MS Word, Confluence, and JIRA.
  • Experience managing a product backlog using JIRA, JIRA Align, or PI supporting the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Experience tracking product success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Experience navigating complex environments with multiple cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable data products.
  • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including business users and customers to deliver successful outcomes across the product.
  • Experience performing data analytics using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
